Geronimo!

Serving their community at the Geronimo Fire Department BBQ, Vista Community Church will be meeting earlier on Sunday, Oct. 11 for a modified service in order to reach out and "Be the Church"--pray for the church to represent Christ well!

Growing Vista (Community Church)

Vista Community Church in San Antonio, TX, is praying and praising the Lord for:

1) 15 people baptized on June 7, 2009!

2) Sending out their first international missions team to Honduras with an EFCA District team the week of June 8.

3) Preparations to host their first Vacation Bible School in July!

Pray with them for continued growth in their community.

Vista: Viewing Prospects

Celebrating their 2nd anniversary, Vista Community Church (EFCA), San Antonio, TX, shared praise for--

• $700 raised at a recent rummage sale for an upcoming Honduruas Mission trip
  (6 team members are almost fully funded!)


• A new meeting location at the Fire Department
  (a month early!)

Pray with them for their transition to the new location. They await final approval of a contract to begin constructing a Childrens building for the church. Pray they continue to do the little things well--making disciples and sharing the good news of Christ.
